At Smith’s Fine Rug Cleaning, you will discover an Old-World approach to rug care. The methods we employ do not include any large, automated equipment or communal wash tubs. The "future" arrived for me sooner rather than later after my apartment was flooded and my carpets soaked and dirtied by firemen, inspectors, maintenance, etc.  Once again, Smith's immediately picked up the damaged carpets, returned shortly to retrieve the remaining ones that were already harboring mold spores and odor, and proceeded to clean sanitize, deodorize and store everything for nearly three months.  Their team was super careful when bringing them to my new home, "installing" them in each room, and ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. I should have taken a before and after given how different things look. Brought it down on Tuesday and was ready on Friday morning. Worth every penny!
