They cleaned eleven carpets for me, all quality Afghan or Iranian vegetable-dyed quality, that I treasure and they did a superior job. The "future" arrived for me sooner rather than later after my apartment was flooded and my carpets soaked and dirtied by firemen, inspectors, maintenance, etc.  Once again, Smith's immediately picked up the damaged carpets, returned shortly to retrieve the remaining ones that were already harboring mold spores and odor, and proceeded to clean sanitize, deodorize and store everything for nearly three months.  Their team was super careful when bringing them to my new home, "installing" them in each room, and ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. You can trust your fine & antique rugs to Smiths Fine Rug Cleaning. This rug has great sentimental value because it was  designed & made by my Dad as a wedding present. Really pleased w how our area rug turned out. We were getting ready to move and rug had been in higher traffic area than usual. They cleaned the rug perfectly. I should have taken a before and after given how different things look. Brought it down on Tuesday and was ready on Friday morning. Worth every penny!
